The 20th UCLA Travel Fair will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, in the Ackerman Union Grand Ballroom from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The event—which is open to all UCLA faculty, staff and students—provides an excellent opportunity for the campus community to interact with airline, hotel, car, ground transportation, tourism boards, and many more travel vendors. It is your time to learn about travel for UCLA business and for yourself!
New to the 2020 Travel Fair are a series of three Travel Sessions for UCLA travelers and travel arrangers to attend. Travel Sessions will be held in the Kerckhoff Hall Charles E. Young Grand Salon. Topics range from Hotel Direct Bill at 9 a.m., Concur Online Travel booking at 10 a.m. and Meeting and Group Planning at 2 p.m. Registration is required to attend any of the Travel Sessions. To register, go to www.lms.ucla.edu and search for course code: 2020 Travel Sessions at the Travel Fair by clicking on the “Find a course” icon on the homepage.
Attendance has grown over the years. This year, over 2,000 members of the UCLA community are expected to attend.
