New Employee Access to Connexxus Portal May Be Impacted

Beginning April 25, 2020, as the next wave of campuses join UCPath, the UC Travel Center will experience some blackout periods, which will affect new employees hired between April 25, 2020 and June 1, 2020, and may affect their access to the Connexxus Portal, Pre-Trip Authorization (PTA) and Express system.

Special Procedures for UCPath Wave Period of December 4, 2019 to January 3, 2020

Beginning Wednesday, December 4, 2019, UCI and UCSC will join UCPath. During this period, UC Travel Center may experience some blackouts, which will affect new employees and may affect their access to the Connexxus Portal, Pre-Trip Authorization System and the Express Reimbursement System.

UC Travel Center (UCTC) Procedures During Next Wave of UCPath Data Conversion of Other Campuses

UCLA Express Procedures During UCPath Data Conversion

On September 1, 2018, UCLA will begin their transition to UCPath. During this transition, there will be limitations on the access to the Express reimbursement system for new employees and limitations on updates to department proxy access for employees who have changes to their employee profile. Instructions are provided below for these users.

UCLA Global Entry & TSA Pre-Check Reimbursement Policy & Procedure

Learn the process of being reimbursed for expenses related to Global Entry and TSA Pre-Check programs.

Global Entry is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers entering the United States from foreign countries. Global Entry members are also eligible to participate in TSA’s Pre-Check program which expedites screening through TSA security checkpoints.
