The following FAQs apply to travel cancellation and reimbursement issues resulting from the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). These FAQs are in effect until further notice, and are subject to change as the situation develops. Before seeking reimbursement from the University, please make all efforts to obtain a full refund from the vendor.

Ground Transportation Changes at LAX

On Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at 3 a.m., the Central Terminal Area (CTA) of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) will be undergoing a re-configuration of ground transportation waiting areas. This will affect/impact everyone traveling in and out Los Angeles International Airport. As the starting date approaches, it will be important to inform every one of the upcoming change. Several ground transportation drop off/pick up locations are moving.

The 19th Annual UC Travel Fair Winners

Thank you to UCLA Travel vendors and the UCLA Community who participated in the 19th UCLA Travel Fair held last Feb 13 2019. The event as always provided the opportunity for the campus community to interact with travel vendors and learn about travel for UCLA business or personal travel.

UC Travel Center Team is excited and happy to extend our good wishes to all the winners drawn by contributing vendors for their special prizes ranging from airline tickets, hotel stays, car vouchers, gift cards and other special items.

Update Travel Emergency Contact Info Now

All University travelers must complete their travel profiles via Worldcue.

This is a reminder for all University travelers to complete their travel profi­­­les via Worldcue when they travel on University business. You must register all University business travel in order to create a Worldcue account.
