In order for a travel and entertainment (T&E) reimbursement to be processed prior to winter closure, the related Concur expense report must have an Approved & In Accounting Review status by 5 p.m. PT Wednesday, December 3. Reports reach this status once they have completed all departmental approval steps and been routed to Travel Accounting for final review and processing.

International Travel Advisory and COVID-19 Requirements for Returning Travelers to the US

There are no additional restrictions or approvals required for international travel for UCLA business. However, travelers should be aware that there may be safety or COVID issues in certain countries, and suspension of entry of certain nonimmigrant travelers may apply. Returning to the U.S. could be an issue. 

Travelers should visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel.html and review before making their travel arrangements and before their return flight for updates, as there are still COVID testing requirements for returning passengers.
