In order for a travel and entertainment (T&E) reimbursement to be processed prior to winter closure, the related Concur expense report must have an Approved & In Accounting Review status by 5 p.m. PT Wednesday, December 3. Reports reach this status once they have completed all departmental approval steps and been routed to Travel Accounting for final review and processing.

Booking Restrictions During Winter Holiday Closure

The UC Travel Center will be closed during the UCLA winter holiday closure beginning December 23, 2022. We will reopen on January 3, 2023.

UCTC’s Online Booking Tool will only allow hotel-only and car-only bookings starting December 22, 2022, the day before winter closure, until January 2, 2023. New air reservations will not be permitted during this period.
