All airline contracts and discount rates are now available through the Connexxus Program opens a new window, managed by the University of California Office of the President. For more information about the University’s airline partners please go to the Connexxus portal and click on “Air” under the heading “Partner Programs” on the left-hand side of the page.

To access the Connexxus portal, you must use a UCLA logon ID. If you receive an “access denied” message, you should complete the following steps:

1. Go to the Connexxus Portal opens a new window and click on the Pre-Trip Authorization link in the lower right hand section of the page and logon to the Pre-Trip Authorization program. 
2. You do not have to create a pre-trip authorization, simply log in and then log out again.
3. Wait two business days and try to access the Connexxus portal again.
