Agent-Assisted Bookings: Changes to Credit Card Process

The UC Travel Center sent the following message to UCLA travelers and travel arrangers.

As of June 13, Concur no longer shares personal credit card information with the UC Travel Center (UCTC) reservation system.

What This Means

  • Credit card details can still be saved in your Concur profile, but they are not transmitted to UCTC agents. 
  • For agent-assisted bookings (airfare or hotel reservations paid with a personal card), agents will ask you for your credit card information. 
  • Concur online bookings are not impacted.
